RESERVATIONS / BOOKING POLICY
Customers can book group tours straight through our Booking Form, which can be found on our website (www.croatiaexcursions.com). Customers will need to fill out the form and then pay the tour with the credit card. Upon payment the Customer will receive an immediate confirmation by e-mail, as well as an invoice and all the details regarding the tour. Private tours and large group tours are not automatically available for booking online and they must be requested by e-mail (info@croatiaexcursions.com) or telephone at least 24 hours prior to departure. After submitting your preferred dates and choice of tour Agency will reply with confirmation of availability. If your preferred dates are not available Agency will recommend a suitable alternative. The Agency is obligated to give the Customer advise in choosing the suitable service, but the Customer is responsible for his choice.Once the tour and availability of date is confirmed Agency will offer to Customer several methods of payment which the Customer will need to confirm in order to book the tour. Costumer have two working days to accept that proposal and to secure the reservation.
PAYMENT
ONE7MULTY DAY TRIPS, PRIVATE AND WALKING TOURS
In order to secure the reservation, Customer may choose one of the following methods of payment:
a) Secure online payment by credit card. You will be automatically connected to the server of the WSPay which is our payment gateway provider. The server is protected and ensures maximum security and reliability.
b) Booking through reservation form and payment in one of the Agency's offices. Agency will send to the Customer the reservation form which the Customer needs to fill in with credit card details. The credit cards details requested in the reservation form will be used only to guarantee the reservation for the Customer and will not be used for payment. After receiving the filled in reservation form Agency will send the confirmation letter (Voucher) to the Customer. The payment of total amount for this services have to be made on website www.croatiaexcursions.com or in one of the Agency`s offices at least one day before the date of the excursion. The Customer guaranties to the truth and accuracy of the information submitted in the reservation form.
c) Payment to the Organiser - Agency will send instructions for payment by e-mail and upon arrival on the booked excursion the Customer will have to pay the full price to the Organiser against an invoice. On this type of excursions the payment is possible only in cash.Upon receiving the booking form, Agency will send to the Customer the confirmation (Voucher) and all the details regarding the tour by e-mail.
The Customer is obligated to bring the booking confirmation either in printed form or on his mobile device.
LARGE GROUP TOURS
For large group tours, 30% deposit of the total price is requied at the time of the booking.The balance have to be made at least two days before the date of the trip in one of the
Agency`s offices or by Bank transfer. For reservations less than two days prior to departure full payment is required.
CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS
Any changes from Customer must be made by telephone at +385 99 33 7777 1 or by email at info@croatiaexcursions.com. Changes in reservations which made a change in the number of people or the date of the service must be made no later than 2 days before date of departure. CE.com reserves the right to adjust the price according to the changes in reservation. The boat excursions on Agency`s web site depend of the weather forecast and the Agency reserves the right to change the date of departure in case of unfavorable weather conditions. In case of unfavorable weather conditions the agency will organize the excursion on the next suitable day or will refund the money to the guests.
CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation from Costumer must be made in written form, by email at info@croatiaexcursions.com, or by phone at +385 99 33 7777 1. The date when the written cancellation is received represents the bases or the calculation of costs.
GROUP TOURS
In cases where the Customer cannot take the tour he/she has booked as a consequence of force majeure, Agency will refund the total amount. Agency may require the Customer to provide the confirmation of inability to participate in the tour. The number of passengers on each excursion is not guaranteed, and group size can vary. Some group excursions require a minimum number of participants and may not operate unless that minimum number is achieved. Cancellations can be made by the Agency in case of unfavorable weather conditions and in that case costumer will be informed by telephone he provided or e-mail address. If this situation arises, the excursion will be rescheduled or canceled. In case of cancellation total amount will be refunded. Agency has the right to cancel any trip, at any time, prior to departure due to any act of terrorism, natural disasters, political instability, or other factors that, within the sole discretion of Agency that make it unreasonable for Agency to run trip(s) as scheduled.
Data Log
We use IP (Internet Protocol) addresses in order to analyze trends, to help improve the site, follow the user's access and collect demographic data. IP addresses are not connected with any personal information which makes the identification of the individual possible.
Duration of privacy protection
The protection of the privacy of your data lasts indefinitely. You may ask for the removal of your name from our mailing list at any time. For all other issues regarding privacy protection the provisions of the Croatian legislation on protection of personal data are applied.
